second stay at a guesthouse for our anniversary. exceeded expectations with private toilet, beach proximity, high-end amenities, and exceptional service. we felt well taken care of and appreciated the attention to detail. cons: dryer took 300yen but clothes stayed wet.

Everything is amazing here, had a relaxing stay for my business trip. The rooms are reasonably large and surprisingly spacious and generally offer central heating, a personal safe, and a flat-screen TV. It has quiet location close to the train station, in a pretty nice area. There is Kawaii Musumetachi nearby for a cup of coffee.

We were really surprised by the cozy, Japanese-style room with comfortable futons and a spacious toilet at Beach Side House Shell. The owner even helped us find a nearby restaurant. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our triple room was cozy and well-equipped with modern amenities, making our family stay comfortable and convenient. the beachside location was perfect for exploring and relaxing. the service was excellent, and we felt right at home.

The musty smell in the room was a slight downside for us.

Conveniently located within a 10-15 minutes' walk from Hoshituki beach. the room offers climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave, as well as an exceptionally comfortable bed. the staff here is friendly and helpful all around! 👍
